Family Health and Wellness Center Inc. of Hollywood is dedicated to helping children and families lead healthier lifestyles through a variety of physical activities and better nutrition habits. We achieve these goals by providing our members with our dance and fitness classes, Nutrition workshops, Family Fitness Activities and a Health & Fitness Weight-loss support group on weekends. We teach and encourage you to become more physically active, eat better and make health and fitness a lifestyle choice.

Our health and fitness philosophy is when people are healthier their quality of life improves including having a better outlook in life. When parents are healthier, they have more energy and passion to be involved in activities with their children. As a result, they become better parents and their children benefit emotionally, physiologically and mentally from having healthier parents.

We provide an alternative for people who prefer a more personalized and supportive environment to larger overcrowded gyms. Our instructors enjoy helping people by providing health and fitness classes and a health conscious model for our participants. They are all energetic, outgoing, motivational and inspirational. Our classes are in small groups of 10-12 which give each participant close proximity and a personal touch with our instructors. Our small, cozy atmosphere at our studio is surrounded by a unique ambience. We strive for excellence one class at a time.
